WLG IGNITE by Wei-Ling Gallery

As part of its 20th anniversary program this year, Wei-Ling Gallery is happy to introduce a new platform at their Brickfields space, WLG IGNITE by Wei-Ling Gallery, which highlights a curated selection of artworks by artists represented by the Gallery, as well as those under the WLG Incubator program. In a concentrated effort to make art collecting more accessible for a wider audience, and to open up opportunities to introduce contemporary art to the next generation of collectors, all works in this section will be priced RM 10,000 and below.

This space aims to offer specific artworks by serious artists who are committed to their art practice approaches, are committed to making art which is relevant to the time through which they live, and are unafraid to take risks in order to progress.

WLG IGNITE by Wei-Ling Gallery will launch with a booth at ‘Art for All’ by Art Expo Malaysia, followed by a more extensive exhibition at Wei-Ling Gallery, Brickfields, from 23rd April – 4 June 2022. The exhibitions will feature artworks by Malaysian contemporary artists, which reflect upon their personal lives and identities, as well as present/question every day issues that affect them and the world around us.

Wei-Ling Gallery is located at No 8, Jalan Scott, Brickfields, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Admission hours are Tuesday – Friday 10am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 5pm.
